Procedure

1. To apply for the National Skills Qualification Certificate in Nigeria, you should enrol in an educational institute or university that is mandated to provide the National Skills Qualification (NSQ). Please view the list of certified institutes providing NSQ via this link:- NBTE.
2. Identify the NSQ program that suits your ability and goal that is available in five sectors, i.e., Hospitality and Tourism, Power/Energy/Engineering, Building construction, Service, and Agro-processing.
3. Then visit the institution you wish to study in and obtain the admission application form and a checklist of the required supporting documents.
4. Complete the admission form and attach all the required supporting documents to the application.
5. Go to the educational institution and pay the admission fee and obtain the payment receipt.
6. Then submit the complete application to the responsible official at the admission block.
7. The official will verify your application to determine if the form is well completed and the documents you have provided are in order.
8. Upon verification, you will be issued the admission letter for the program you have applied for.
9. Once enrolled at the institute, learn the program applied for and at the end of the course, you will be issued with a certified learning certificate.

Note- that some institution offers online admissions.
