Apply In-Person:
- To apply for a Dog License in person, the applicant has to visit any licensed private or Government veterinarian in his/her locality.

- You can contact the office of FMARD if you want to obtain any details regarding the veterinary officials.
- Visit the office of the Veterinarian and obtain an application form for a Dog License from the relevant counter.
- Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Complete the application form with required details and information in respective fields under relevant sections.
- Attach the required documents with the completed application form and submit it in person to the relevant authority at the office.
- Also, pay the required fees for the approval as directed by the officials.
- After submission, the application and other documents will be forwarded for examination and verification processes.
- Once the verification and validation processes are over, if the application will be approved, the officials will proceed to take required steps to issue the license.
- When the document is ready to be collected, the applicant will receive a formal notification from the office and the applicant can collect it by any applicable means.
