- To apply for an Immigration Visa online, the applicant has to visit the following link: Link
- Visit the link and in the opening page, a list of residence permits will be displayed.
- Choose a category of permit as applicable to your requirement and make a click on it. Instructions for that particular category of permit will get opened.
- Read out the instructions, eligibility criteria and requirements list for your category of permit and perform the application process as applicable to the category you choose.
- You may have to complete an application process (either online or manually), make the fees payment for your permit and complete the process by submitting the application form and required documents at the Immigration office.
- Further decisions will be made by the officials as applicable and you will be informed about the further tasks to be accomplished as applicable.
- Once you have completed all the tasks as per their instructions, your Visa document will be ready for collection and you will get prior information from the office.

- Any person from any other nationality, who wishes to obtain a Nigerian Residence Permit, can apply.
- The applying person can be an ECOWAS national, Expatriate for work or education, Government official, Accredited Diplomat and Foreign spouse of Nigerian.
