Apply In-Person
- Applicants should visit the state office of the prefect in your location with a stamped request addressed to the prefect and submit it for verification.
- After examining the request, the prefect will decide either to;
- Not to attribute; In this case, he/she sends a reasoned correspondence to the applicant for not approving the request.
- To Assign; in this case, he/she notifies the applicant of the approval and authorization for payment for the indicated parcel.
- Upon receiving the authorization notification, applicants should visit the prefect office, collect the application form from the front desk and fill it accurately.
- Head to the Domaniale section of the prefect to withdraw the payment slip that he/she fills in and then make payment against the receipt either to the following offices, i.e. to the Cercle authority, or to the Development Bank of Mali (BDM), or the National Bank for Agricultural Development (BNDA), upon which you will be issued with a payment receipt.
- Upon making the payment, you should submit the completed form and the payment receipt for verification and registration at the prefecture office.
- After verification and registration of the file, the permit is drawn up and submitted to the prefect for signature.
- The applicant is then notified, you should then re-visit the prefect office, with your identity card and collect the occupancy permit at the reception desk after signing in.
