Apply online

  1. To Apply for SONCAP Certificate (SC) for Exports, the applicant has to make the application online via link
  2. From the E-SON Service, the applicant has to select the SONCAP option.
  3. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “Don't have an account? Sign Up”
  4. Select the company details and enter the TIN and click the “Validate” button.
  5. And also create the password with the user ID and click the “Submit” button.
  6. The applicant has to enter the user ID and password and click the “Sign in” button.
  7. Now the applicant has to enter the details in the application form.
  8. Also, upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  9. Pay the necessary amount of fee in online mode.
  10. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  11. Then the application will be processed further.
  12. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  13. If required, the applicant will come for a site inspection.
  14. The applicant has to visit the office to collect the certificate.
  15. This entire process can be completed within 2 - 3 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
