1. To obtain Letter Of Good Standing, please complete the respective application form that is provided in the below link : Application Forms
2. Complete the application form in capital letter and submit with the supporting documents in the following office locations.

• There is NO disciplinary action pending against you.
• There is NO disciplinary action taken against you.
