Procedure

Apply Online

1. To Apply for Phytosanitary Certificate online, please visit the following link: Link
2. Applicant has to Register as an Exporter on the MyPhyto system
3. On the given page select “Exporter” under the Registration section.
4. A registration form will appear on your screen, fill up your details and follow the given instructions.
5. Once your registration request is processed, your account will be registered on MyPhyto.
6. Come back on the login page, use your credentials and click on “log in”
7. Once login, fill up your shipment details and proceed.
8. Once the application request is processed, the applicant has to pay the prescribed certification fee on MyPhyto
9. On successfully verification of application and payment.The inspector will inspect the shipment.
10. On receiving a satisfactory inspection result, a Phytosanitary Certificate is issued on MyPhyto.
