ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person

  1. To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall approach theRegional Office of State Plant ProtectionService. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.
  2. You have to submit an Application form to theRegional office.
  3. Application form can be found on the following link: Link scroll down and select the form “application for performance of Phytosanitary control for receipt of Phytosanitary certificate.”
  4. Download the application form and fill up your details.
  5. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the Required Document” section of this page.
  6. The applicant shall present the duly filled application form and documents to theplant protection service. Please make sure you submit the application and document 48 hours before the export.
  7. Once the application is accepted, the applicant is required to pay a user fee in accordance with the invoice of the State Plant Protection Service.
  8. The Inspector visits the Applicant’s premises and inspects the shipment destined for export.
  9. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.

  2. You have to submit an Application form to the State Plant Protection Service’s official electronic address
  3. Application form can be found on the following link: Link scroll down and select the form “application for performance of Phytosanitary control for receipt of Phytosanitary certificate
  4. Download the application form and fill up your details, please make sure documents are signed with a secure electronic signature
  5. The applicant shall submit the duly filled and signed application form and documents to the Plant Protection Service. Please make sure you submit the application and document 48 hours before the export.
  6. Once the application is accepted, the applicant is required to pay a user fee in accordance with the invoice of the State Plant Protection Service.
  7. The Inspector visits the Applicant’s premises and inspects the shipment destined for export
  8. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.
