- To apply to Immigrate by Being Nominated by a Canadian Province or Territory (Non-Express entry process) the applicant can approach the Yukon Provincial nominee program. Here is the contact Link
- The applicant will need to select the stream that they're applying under. Once the applicant selects Best dream they will receive information about how to apply for the provincial nominee program. The applicant can select this stream here Link
- Once the applicant selects the stream and has applied for the Express Entry program and been nominated by the province, they will need to fill out an application form. Click on the following link to download the application package Link
- Fill out the application form with all the relevant details.
- The applicant will need to submit additional documents. Find required documents under the “Required Documents” section on this page.
- The applicant will need to make a fee payment. Find fee-related details under the “Fees” section of this page.
- The applicant will also need to submit their biometric information.
- Once the application has been filled out and the document submitted, the applicant can mail or courier the completed application form to the address mentioned under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section of this page.
- Once the application form has been submitted, it will take 15 to 19 months to process the application.
- If the applicant is accepted into the provincial nominee program, they will need to obtain permanent residence.

EligibilityEdit
Eligibility for Canadian experience class:
- The applicant must meet the minimum language criteria.
- The applicant must have at least one year of skilled work experience in Canada before applying for the provincial nomination program.
- The applicant must not be a refugee claimant in Canada.

Eligibility to apply for the federal skilled trades program:
- The applicant must meet the minimum language requirements.
- The applicant must have at least two years of full-time work experience.
- The applicant must meet the job requirements for that skilled trade as set out in the National Occupational Classification.

- The applicant meets the minimum language requirements.
- The applicant must have skilled work experience.
- The applicant must meet education requirements.
- The applicant must show proof of funds.
