Procedure

Apply Online with My Fiji Gov

1. Please use the following link to access the portal : My Fiji Gov
2. Now select the "Create e-Profile" option to start with the registration process.
3. For security, you must verify your identity. If you are a Fiji-born citizen, the system links to your Birth Registration Number.
4. After signing up online, you must visit a Registrar of Companies (ROC) or Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) office in person with your supporting documents (see below) to activate the account. This must be done within 30 days of creation.

Apply In-Person with LTA

1. To create E-services online in LTA, the applicant must visit the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Fiji. Contacts
2. First, the “E-Services Online Customer Registration Form” must be obtained from the authorities in the LTA office, else it can be downloaded from the website. Application Form
3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The application form must be filled with necessary details, and then along with the required documents it should be submitted to the Customer Service Officer – CSO in the LTA office.
5. After verifying the application form, the CSO will update the client’s details in the LTA system.
6. After that, the CSO will give the Username and Password for the applicant.
7. The applicant can use the given login credentials for LTAs E-services.
8. The given Username and password can be changed by the applicant at any point of time.

Eligibility

• LTA users who use the general services are eligible to apply for E-services registration.
• They should have valid Email ID and FRCA tax number to apply for the E-service Registration.
  

Fees

There is no fee required for creating E-services Online Registration.

Validity

The E-service login credentials are valid forever.
