#To apply for a Belonger Card or Status, the applicant has to approach the Civil Registery and Passport Office. #After the application is submitted along with the documents that are listed under ''Required Documents'' section of this page and appropriate fees a receipt will be issued to the applicant as an acknowledgement.<br />
#The applicant is interviewed to make sure all the requirements are met.<br />
#If all the requirements are satisfied a Belonger Card is issued to the applicant.<br />
