#Collect the application form or write on a plain A4 sheet as advised.
#Complete the application form. Attach the entire required document as per our “Required Documents” section and present it to the designated authority.
#This application and attached documents will be checked. If all are in place, applicant will be advised to pay disconnection fees.
#Please pay the advised fees at the respective counter and obtain the receipt.
#Now submit your application for disconnection along with the remittance of application fee, disconnection fee and all dues if any to the designated authority in two sets. (second set will be returned with signature of the receiving authority)
#Once the application is received, authorities will register the request into the register.
#Applicant will get acknowledgment for the submitted application. Please keep it safe for future reference.
#This application will be processed internally. Department staff will disconnect the service as notified.

*Water connections can be disconnected temporarily for a minimum period(3 months) and a maximum period (12 months) as per the request of the consumers
