#*Copy of the expired student pass.<br />
#*Copy of clearance to stay and live in Uganda (original).<br />
#*a satisfactory Valid travel document (with a validity period of at least 6 months.<br />
#*any other document as may be determined by the directorate of citizenship and immigration control.<br />
#*a copy of the expiring student pass. <br />
#Submit the application form together with the required document and give an allowance of 15 -30 days the renewal will be done. Student pass should be issued upon satisfactory evaluation. <br />
#*If there is any request for additional information for purposes of processing the application the immigration officer will put it in Writing; <br />
#*And where it is satisfied that all the necessary requirements have been met, issue a letter of intent to the applicant advising the applicant to; <br />
#*pay the Renewal student pass fee of Ugsh.300,000 to the directorate of citizenship and immigration control.<br />
#Upon fulfillment of the above requirements or otherwise the Directorate of citizenship and immigration control shall: <br />
#*issue a New student pass to the applicant; or <br />
#*inform the applicant in writing that the renewal application has been declined and advise the unsuccessful applicant that an appeal to the directorate of citizenship and immigration control for review of the decision to decline may be lodged within 30 days from the date thereof.<br />
