*&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Applicant must write in-person to the chief registrar through the Magistrate court Office and through the Uganda Court Bailiff Association before filling the application form&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
#The application letter should include the following:&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;   &lt;br /&gt;
##Recommendations from three referees&lt;br /&gt;
##Reports regarding the applicant from&lt;br /&gt;
##*The resident district commissioner&lt;br /&gt;
##*The district police commander&lt;br /&gt;
##*The county chief&lt;br /&gt;
##The manager of the bank in which applicant account is kept&lt;br /&gt;
##Verify the all the information submitted; and&lt;br /&gt;
##Inspection report on the applicant’s facilities of storage. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
#The chief registrar will carry out a Verification exercise the following will be considered:&lt;br /&gt;
#:If the applicant is of good repute and financial standing &lt;br /&gt;
#:If the applicant has adequate facilities for the safe storage of goods&lt;br /&gt;
#:If the applicant is not an undischarged bankrupt or the subject of any bankruptcy proceedings in any country; and&lt;br /&gt;
#:If the applicant has not been convicted of any criminal offence involving dishonesty.&lt;br /&gt;
#Once the verification is over within 2-7 days the applicant will receive a reply from the Chief registrar of the high court.&lt;br /&gt;
#After filling the application, attach the required documents and the application form should be submitted to the High court of Uganda or you can forwarded them to the:-&lt;br /&gt;
#:&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;The Register&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
#:&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;The High Court of Uganda.&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;  &lt;br /&gt;
#:&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Address:P. O. Box 7085,&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt; &lt;br /&gt;

#You are required to submit the application with all the required documents.These documents include:&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
##Attach a photocopy of application letter to Chief Registrar with a reply letter from the Court registrar.&lt;br /&gt;
##Proof of payment of subscription fee.&lt;br /&gt;
##Recommendation from a Senior Practicing Court Bailiff.&lt;br /&gt;
##Certificate of Registration of Trade Name.&lt;br /&gt;
##Insurance policy for Burglary and Fire.&lt;br /&gt;
##Completed filled up application form from Courts of Judicature and attach all requirements thereon.&lt;br /&gt;
##Receipt for office rent.&lt;br /&gt;
##Bank statement.&lt;br /&gt;
##Payment of license fees.&lt;br /&gt;
##Passport photographs (3 copies)&lt;br /&gt;
##Certificate of no objection from Uganda Court Bailiff Association Executives.&lt;br /&gt;
#The registrar and Authorities after checking the attached documents and details submitted will make entries and provide you record number for reference. &lt;br /&gt;
#You are also to proceed to pay the prescribed Licence fees and submit the payment receipt together with the application documents. An application form is free charge.&lt;br /&gt;
#A processing time of 14 days is needed to complete the processing of the Court bailiff Licence (CBL), after which you will be contacted through a phone call to collect your new license at the High Court offices.&lt;br /&gt;
#You will be required to carry your identification documents when collecting your new license.&lt;br /&gt;

*The court bailiff shall not sell any of the attached property to himself or herself or a member of his or her family or a firm or company in which he or she has an interest.&lt;br /&gt;
*Where property to be attached by the court bailiff is over three thousand shillings, Court Bailiff shall produce to the appointing authority a cover policy of the estimated value of the property.&lt;br /&gt;
*Within fourteen days of taking out a Licence the court bailiff should show that the general insurance has been taken.&lt;br /&gt;

*The full name, place of business and postal address of the applicant;&lt;br /&gt;
*The language in which the applicant is literate and his or her standard of education;&lt;br /&gt;
*The facilities and their location the applicant has for the safe storage of goods;&lt;br /&gt;
*The name of the applicant’s bankers and the address of the branch in which his or her account is kept; &lt;br /&gt;
*The permanent place of the applicant’s residence; and &lt;br /&gt;
*Names and addresses of three referee&lt;br /&gt;
