*To register a company, you need to submit two documents to the Ministry - name reservation and application.
*If you wish to register online or to submit filings to an existing company online, you will first need a Business Registries account that allows you to be a user of the registry.
*The name reservation is active for twenty days after it is approved, so your company application form must be submitted within this twenty day window.
*Documents can be delivered by hand during normal business hours or through the post to the following address: Registrar of Companies Ministry of Commerce, Consumer, Trade, Innovation and Labour, PO Box 110 Salote Road, Nukualofa Tonga
