#In the procured form, fill the Name, Office Address, Office Phone Number, Residential Address and Residential Phone Number of the Landlord.
#Under the section of “Particulars of Tenant to whom premises is let out”, fill in all the required details of the Tenant.
#Fill the details of any one of the following ID proofs: Passport, Driving License, Arms License, Ration Card, Voter Card, Income Tax (Pan No.)
#Paste a Passport size photograph of the Tenant in the space given.
#Sign the form with the date under the space given for “Signature of the Landlord”
#Attach Photocopy of Photo ID proof with the form.
#Submit the form at the nearest Police Station. [https://www.tspolice.gov.in/jsp/distcommcontact.do?method=retrieveUserDistCommStations# Find Your Police Station].
#The Police would keep a record of the Tenant’s information and would inform the landlord if the Tenant is a criminal or a troublemaker.
