1.An applicant starts by visiting the Directorate General of Passports and Immigration to find out the requirements and procedure for obtaining a diplomatic passport in Sudan. It is vital for an applicant to do so in order to assess if he / she is eligible and if he / she has all the requirements for obtaining the required document or not;<br />

2.Thereafter if he / she finds him / herself eligible, the applicant should go ahead and prepare all the necessary documents, he / she must ensure that he / she acquires the all documents required;;<br />

3.He / she then obtains a passport application form from the ministry and fill it carefully and accurately;<br />
