#You can also send the application form with the required documents to the Postal address of the relevant Department of Energy regional office.
#After submission, the completed form and corresponding documents will be put into further verification and validation processes.

*Any person, who wants to sell petroleum products to consumers for end use, can apply.
*The person applying can be either a South African citizen or a non-citizen.
*A corporate entity or a trust is also eligible to obtain a Petroleum Wholesale License.

*Before proceeding to complete the application form, go through the Petroleum Products Act 120 of 1977 once, which is in the following link: [http://www.energy.gov.za/files/esources/pdfs/energy/liquidfuels/pp_act120_1977.pdf Link]

*After submission, the Department will send you a letter stipulating that you must publish a notice of application in four newspapers.

*You must provide proof of the publication of the notice of application to the Department.

*Once you have a licence, you must submit information on your business annually using the Wholesale licence annual information (Submission form), DMRE 30.
