**The applicant must belong to below poverty line(BPL)
**The age of the disabled shall be between 18-64yrs
*For state assistance
**40% and above disability
**Annual family income not more than Rs 24,000/-
**Applicant must be resident of state
**No age bar
**Those who are availing other disability pension from state or central govt. will not be eligible to avail subsistence allowance.
