There are 2 types of waste management licence:
#Site licence for businesses that treat, keep, or dispose of waste in or on land
#Mobile plant licence for businesses that treat or dispose of waste with a plant that is designed to or can be moved from place to place

#All applications are processed within a reasonable time, having regard to the circumstances of each application, including the completeness of information and documents submitted to the authority by the applicant.
#The authority may seek additional information from an applicant if this is necessary to assess the application. The authority does not need to deal further with an application until the applicant has provided this additional information.
#The authority may conduct the inspection if necessary. Once everything is accepted the authority will issue the license.
#This entire process can be completed within 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
