*A receipt of the application fees/Inyemeza-bwishyu yamafaranga yo kwiyandikisha<br />
*Copy of certified Statute in case of a cooperative issued RCA / Kuri Koperative, icyangombwa cya koperative gitangwa na RCA.<br />
*A Five (5) years Business Plan/Gahunda mbonera yubucuruzi yimyaka itanu (5)<br />
