* Farmer owners shall submit a request to the agricultural affairs department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment to divide a farmland.
* The farm plan showing the area to be divided. The original farm area shall not be less than 400 thousand square meters, and the number of wells shall not be less than two wells.
* In the event of the heirs, the original area of the farm to be divided among the heirs shall not be less than 200,000 square meters, so that the area allocated to each heir becomes 100,000 square meters. Provides a private well for each division.
