#Once the application is filed, the Industrial Property Protection officer inspects the trademark for its distinctiveness.
#Signs that are found indistinguishable in the examination can be registered if it's distinctness is found later by use or if there is a registration in a foreign country.
#If the authorities find any violations with the requirements of the Trademarks law, it shall deny or inflict restrictions on the proposed mark. The applicant shall be intimated about the decision made by IP office within 30 days from the date of filing the application.
#The applicant must satisfy the constraints or recommendations within six months from the date of notification, else the application would be considered as abandoned.
#The applicant is eligible for appealing against the restrictions imposed by the Trademark's office within a span of 60 days from the date of notification.
#If the proposed trademark is approved, the Trademark's office shall disclose the mark in the official gazette for any third party to file an opposition.
#If there's no third party to proclaim against the proposed trademark, the trademark shall be deemed as distinctive and approved for registration
