*Applicant shall submit a request to the fisheries department in the Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) to apply funding for kanaad ships.
*The used tools “fishing nets” shall be registered in the permit for no less than 10 months a year.
*The ship shall be valid for sailing and fishing for a minimum of 10 months, starting October 15 every year, excluding the period of regular maintenance and repairs that should not exceed three months.
