==Need for the Document==
*In India, two kinds of Driving Licenses are issued: Learners License and Permanent License. A Learners License is essential for obtaining a Permanent License 
*Learners license (LLR) is a permit given by local transport department for learning driving before obtaining a permanent license. The learner’s license has a validity period of 6 months and the holder of the permit should obtain a permanent driving license before the expiry of this period, If not obtained then one need to renew LLR. 
*A Driving License is an official document certifying that the holder is suitably qualified to drive a motor vehicle. Under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in India. 
*No person can drive a motor vehicle in any public place unless he holds a valid Driving License issued to him.
