Planning to get married? Before you walk down the aisle, you have to obtain first a marriage license. A marriage license is a document issued by the church or state, allowing or authorizing a couple to marry. Furthermore, if granted with a license, it does not mean that you and your partner are already married. It means that you may get married.<br />
