*The marriage commissioner or a religious representative can help accomplish the marriage registration form.&lt;br /&gt;
*The marriage commissioner or religious representative, after the marriage rites, will send the accomplished form to the Vital Statistics office where the marriage is registered and legal record is kept.&lt;br /&gt;
*During the marriage ceremony, the marriage commissioner and religious representative will hand out a certificate of marriage to the couple. However, this certificate is not a legal proof of marriage. &lt;br /&gt;
*After the marriage ceremony and upon receipt of the Marriage Registration Form, you may now apply at the Vital Statistics for a marriage certificate.&lt;br /&gt;
