#To Obtain a Seaman Book, the applicant has to complete the online application through the following &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;[https://sidsrb.marina.gov.ph/ link]&lt;br /&gt;
#To start the online process, the applicant has to click the “SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT” button.&lt;br /&gt;
#A pop-up window will appear. It contains the site’s terms and privacy policies, scroll through the page to read the rest of the document.&lt;br /&gt;
#On the bottom part of the document, the applicant will see the “I Agree to the Terms &amp;amp; Privacy Policy of this Website” button, click it to move on to the next step.&lt;br /&gt;
#Another pop-up will appear, the applicant has to enter the email address on the box and then click the “Submit” button.&lt;br /&gt;
#The next process is continued with the appointment, the applicant has to schedule the appointment, and also complete the process before the time runs out.&lt;br /&gt;
#Now, let’s begin setting up the appointment. First, select the MARINA site where the applicant would like to apply. Use the drop-down menu to scroll through different MARINA offices. Click the site of his/her choice.&lt;br /&gt;
#After selecting a site, a calendar will appear. Use the calendar to pick a date for the visit. Simply click on the date of the choice on the calendar.&lt;br /&gt;
#Next, the applicant will need to pick a time for his/her appointment. A pop-up will appear showing time slots available for the applicant’s chosen date. To select a time just click the button opposite the time of his/her choice.&lt;br /&gt;
#On the next page, the applicant has to select the payment mode. First, select the seafarer category and type using the drop-down menu. Next, tick the (SRB) Seafarer’s Record Book box. Then select whether they are requesting a duplicate copy for the lost or damaged SRB.&lt;br /&gt;
#Finally, select the application type: regular or on board, and click the “Next” button.&lt;br /&gt;
#Next, the applicant will need to complete the application form. After filling it up click the “Next” button.&lt;br /&gt;
#Also, upload the necessary documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.&lt;br /&gt;
#And pay the required amount of fee which is mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.&lt;br /&gt;
#After completing the online transaction, a confirmation will be sent to the email.&lt;br /&gt;
#On the date of the appointment, the applicant has to carry all the original documents to the office.&lt;br /&gt;
#The applicant has to complete all the processes as per instructed by the officer.&lt;br /&gt;
#This entire process can be completed within a day or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.&lt;br /&gt;
