==Procedure==
#To register a commercial representative office, the investor will need to submit his request to the Investors Services Department or any of its branches in the regional directorates.
#The application form must be completed and submitted together with the supporting documents (see list below).
#Your information will be encoded and the computerized system will send you an email or a text message stating your application number and time and date of submission.
#The processing officer will check your application and other supporting documents and to ensure it legal eligibility. Once its done the registration process is complete.
#Another email/ message will be sent to you informing you about the status of your application (Approved, rejected, need more information, etc.)
#If approved, you will be asked to pay the fees and get the certificate and papers required by the commercial registration office.

==Required Documents==
*A copy of the Articles of association or memorandum of incorporation for stock companies, and the registration certificate and the like if the company is a one-man company.
*A copy of attested Articles of association or Memorandum of incorporation in the case of companies and registration papers such us CR, etc. in the case propriety businesses.
*An attested letter by the head office undertaking the responsibility of the jobs carried out by its branch in Oman
*The head office of the company should present authorization to the branch(s) manager(s) to operate and manage their business in Oman
*For Offices of a foreign government, the approval of the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs should be presented together with the application letter
*Certification showing the company/ organization was established in its original home 10 years ago
*Copies of the ID cards of the authorized signatories should be presented
*Specimen signatures
