The local administrative department will certify the construction of a building after verifying whether it complies with the local laws and constructed as per permissible plans.&lt;br /&gt;

#Applicant must apply in prescribed application form along with required documents to the respective planning cell of the concerned ULB / Development authority / DA Application centres within their jurisdiction where the building is constructed.&lt;br /&gt;

#Submit the completed application along with required documents and fees (as per requirement).  &lt;br /&gt;
#Authorities after checking the attached documents and application submitted will make entries and provide you record number for reference.&lt;br /&gt;
#This application will be processed internally. &lt;br /&gt;
#Verifying Officer will refer the same to the Concerned public agencies for obtaining No-objection certificate before granting or refusing permission to the applicant&lt;br /&gt;
#Respective authorities will conduct a physical inspection of the building on the notified date. They will check whether building is constructed according to the approved plan.&lt;br /&gt;
#Based on the inspection result a NOC will be generated by Nodal officer.&lt;br /&gt;
#If there is any deviation is found then, Authority will levy a penalty. This amount should be paid at the cash counter of the respective office. Applicant shall make the payment and submit the receipt to get the certificate as notified. &lt;br /&gt;
#If there is no deviation, certificate will be issued as per notification.&lt;br /&gt;

#Applicant will get the transaction ID for the application made. Please keep it safe for future reference.&lt;br /&gt;
#This application will be processed by the respective department as per how it will be processed in person.&lt;br /&gt;
#Applicant will get notification about the status on his registered mobile number that was provided while applying.&lt;br /&gt;
