Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided to severe and multi-disabled persons who are living below poverty line.

#To apply for this scheme, the eligible person has to submit two copies of duly filled application form along with required documents to the concerned Block Development Officer, Gram Panchayat In rural , Municipality/ Sub Collector Office In urban.

#Obtain the application form from the respective counter OR write on a plain paper
#After scrutiny, the application is forwarded to the concerned authority for approval.
#Following the approval, pension will be remitted monthly through cash on the15th of every month irrespective of it being a holiday at the concerned G.P. Headquarters or BDO office in the rural areas and at the Municipality / N.A.C. office in urban area.
#In case of rejection of application, the applicant is duly informed.
