*Any individual or organisation, which has been already issued with a Permit for Aerial Services that requires renewal, can apply.
*The entity that seeks renewal must have been regular in paying the utilization and annual fees.
*The application must be submitted on or before a date not less than six (6) months to the expiration of the existing PAAS.

Annual utilization fee: N100,000.00 
Processing fee: N250,000.00

The PAAS shall be renewed by the Director General for a further period of three (3) years.
