#To apply for obtaining Sugar Export License in person, the applicant must make an application to the Director-General of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control.

#Before visiting the office, the applicant needs to perform some pre-processes which are explained in further steps.
#The applicant must prepare an application letter on the company letterhead addressed to the Ports Inspection Directorate, for Sugar Export License.
#Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
#Attach the required documents with the application letter and submit them at the Ports Inspection Directorate in Lagos NAFDAC office or the nearest NAFDAC Office (outside Lagos).
#After submission, application and accompanying documents will be subsequently reviewed by relevant officials.
#A request is sent to the relevant Directorate for the Inspection of the Warehouse. Upon satisfactory inspection of the Warehouse, samples are collected for laboratory analysis.
#In case of unsatisfactory Warehouse Inspection and/or laboratory report, a Compliance Directive is issued to the applicant.
#Upon satisfactory review of the documents, warehouse inspection and laboratory analysis, the relevant export license is issued to the applicant, with a prior notification through phone or email.
