#In case of a change of the engine or color of vehicle, the applicant should visit the National Land Transport Authority office and obtain the amendment application at the Road Transport Division reception.
#Then complete the amendment form accordingly and attach the original registration book of the vehicle to the amendment form.
#The applicant should then visit the National Land Transport Authority examination center with his/her vehicle to be examined by the National Land Transport Authority examiner.
#The examiner will check the vehicle and complete the examination report on the amendment form.
