*Disqualification of any Maltese Driving license is done through a Court decision upon which you must return your driving license to Transport Malta as required by law.
*The license card is kept at LTD until the end of the disqualification period following which you can collect same presenting a copy of the Court sentence at Hall B, Driver and Vehicle Licensing Unit, Monday to Friday (excluding national and public holidays) between 7.30am to 12:00pm.
