#Upon entering the KFCB online portal’s homepage, the applicant needs to click on the “Create Account” tab to register with KFCB or Log into their KFCB online account using either their Username, ID number, Passport number or Business number
#To register for a KFCB account, provide the required information and click on the “Register” Button to register for the KFCB account.
#A prompt message will appear informing that the applicant accounts account is successfully registered. Click on the “Log in” button to enter the KFCB portal so as to make the application.
#Upon entering the KFCB portal select the Filming Agent option and click on the “Certificate Renewal” tab. This will open the next page to continue the application process.
#Upon entering the next page select the film agent certificate to be renewed by clicking on it.
#Update the Agent information to be renewed and click on the “Save Agent Information” to proceed to the next step.
#Upon entering the next page, click on the “Add Work Experience” button. This will pop up a Work Experience message prompt which the applicant ha to fill with the required information. These include film title and year and click on the “Work Experience” Button to save the Work Experience in the application. Once done click on the “Next” button to proceed to the next step.
#Upon entering the next page, click on the “Add Staff Information” button. This will pop up a Staff Information message prompt which the applicant has fill with the required information. These include , name, nationality ,ID number of staff filming and click on the “Save Staff Information” Button to save the Staff Information in the application. Once done click on the “Next” button to proceed to the next step.
#Upon entering the next page, click on the “Add Equipment” button. This will pop up an Equipment message prompt which the applicant has to fill with the required information. These are the filming equipment information and click on the “Save Equipment” Button to save the Equipment’s in the application. Once done click on the “Go to Next Step” button to proceed to the next step.
#Upon entering the next page, upload the required documents and click on the “Upload Files” button. Once done click on the “Next” button to proceed to the next step.

#Upon entering the next page, agree to the terms and conditions and click on the “Submit the Filming Agent Certificate Renewal Application” button to submit the application and to proceed to the next step.
#The next step involves making the application payment. Upon entering the next page, which is the “Application Status” page, click on the “Generate Invoice” button. This will cause an invoice to be generated and downloaded.
#Open the downloaded invoice and follow the payment instructions to pay for the application.

#*The invoice valid within a period of 30 days from then download
#Proceed to make the payment with the provided instructions. The renewal fees are details in the “Fees” section of this page.

#The time frame of approval is within 15 minutes of submission.
