#Upon clicking the submit button the application will be sent to NEMA for review and after successful review. An approval email containing payment details will be sent to the email address provided during the application. It usually takes a period of two days for verifications to be made.
#Proceed to make the application payment using the instructions given in the email. The application fees for the license renewal can be found on the “fees” section of this page.
#Once the payment has been made, log into the NEMA account and click on the “Waste Management” option on the left pane and click on the “My Applications for Disposal Form” tab.

#Upon clicking the submit button, the application will be sent to NEMA for review and after successful review.

*The License to Own/Operate a Disposal site is issued by the National Environment Management Authority to permit the holder to dispose of waste in a designated disposal site.
*It is illegal to own/operate a Waste disposal site without a license issued by NEMA or with an invalid or expired one.

*A licence to operate a waste disposal site or plant shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issue and may be renewed for a further similar period on such terms and conditions as the Authority may deem necessary or impose for purposes of insuring public health and sound environmental management.
