*	This will be followed by an inspection of the premises by the Kenya Dairy Board to determine whether the milk bar premises has complied with the laid out hygienic and operational requirements&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

#	If you are not registered , fill in the required information which include&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

#	Once payment is made the license will be processed within fourteen days and it can be downloaded from your online dashboard.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

*	A milk bar license is issued to retail milk operators handling low quantities of milk ranging from 50 litres to 1,000 litres per day.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
*	Milk bar premises should comply with the laid out hygienic and operational requirements. This include compliance in the following areas among others;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
:#	Premises: should be properly located, designed, ventilated, lighted and protected from contamination&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
:#	Equipment – Equipment, piping, accessories and other contact surfaces coming into contact with milk and milk products should be easy to clean and sanitize, corrosion resistant and made from food grade material&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
:#	Personnel: Milk handling personnel should be clean and well-groomed, properly attired and medically certified&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
:#	Record keeping: Quality records should be maintain and updated&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
:#	Waste management: Effluent and other solid wastes should be managed in accordance with regulations&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
