#To Obtain a Family Member Certificate, the applicant has to make the application online via link – [https://sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in/Sevasindhu/English link]&lt;br /&gt;
#If the applicant is a new user click the “Register HERE” button.&lt;br /&gt;
#The applicant has to enter the Aadhar number in the newly opened page.&lt;br /&gt;
#The applicant will get the OTP from the registered mobile number.&lt;br /&gt;
#The applicant has to enter the OTP number and click the “Allow” button.&lt;br /&gt;
#The applicant has to enter all the Email ID, Password, Phone number and click the “Submit” button.&lt;br /&gt;
#Now, the applicant has to login and click the “LOGIN IN”.&lt;br /&gt;
#The applicant has to select the respective department and the applying certificate.&lt;br /&gt;
#Enter all the details in the application form.&lt;br /&gt;
#Make sure that the applicant has to upload all the necessary documents which is mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.&lt;br /&gt;
#The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested (If Applicable).&lt;br /&gt;

#In order to apply for Family member certificate in Karnataka, applicant has to go to the respective Taluk, Nadakacheri office in whose jurisdiction the candidate usually resides. #Submit a written application form along with required documents to the authority. &lt;br /&gt;
#Authorities after checking the attached documents and details submitted, will make entries and provide you record number for reference.&lt;br /&gt;
#The application will be verified by the Village Administrative Officer (VAO) and Revenue Inspector (RI).&lt;br /&gt;
#There will be a ground level verification and scrutiny of the documents and details provided.&lt;br /&gt;
#Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the Thaasildhaar.&lt;br /&gt;
#Thaasildhaar will decide to issue the Family Member Certificate to the applicant with the names of all legal heirs of the deceased.&lt;br /&gt;

#Please visit the centre and consult with the centre operator for your requirement.&lt;br /&gt;
#If the operator issues an application form, then collect it and pay the requisite fee. Please complete the application form.&lt;br /&gt;
#Now, submit the completed application along with the required documents as per the “Required Documents” section of this page. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.&lt;br /&gt;

You can obtain a Family Member Certificate by applying in person and online.&lt;br /&gt;
You should have valid documents such as ration card, pan card, voter id card.&lt;br /&gt;

The main applicant should claim as the head of the family while applying.&lt;br /&gt;
