#Read and complete the application form accordingly, you should tick the appropriate boxes since the application form can be used to apply for other changes.
#Convene with the company’s director to pass a special resolution regarding the name change
#After passing the special resolution, have it certified by the company’s secretary or on of the directors in charge for certification and also take it to the registrar of companies for further certification at a fee
#Submit the complete application form to the COJ alongside required supporting documents including you Identification documents, Legal company registration certificate and Tax identification number and any other document that may be requested by the COJ and pay the application fee of $2500.
#Then the COJ will review your application and if correct, they will process your request to change your company’s name and overwrite the olds company name
#You will then be issued a certificate of incorporation on change of name and a certificate of approval of change of name
#You will then be required to publish a notice of the new name in a local newspaper and or gazette not more than 30 days after the approval of the name by the COJ
