*Destitute woman due to desertion or physical or mental incapacity of the following:
**Husband in case of married women
**Parents in case of other women
*If the woman is receiving funds from any source including Financial Institutions or Insurance or Commercial Banks are also not eligible for getting pension under this scheme.
*If the Woman receiving any other type of pension including a family pension by the government or by any other local body is not eligible for this scheme.
