==Procedure==
1.) At the time of submission the applicant must provide proof of identity and of residential address to the satisfaction of the Licensing Authority in support of the application.

2.) In the case of a vehicle being transferred from a company, to a third party, the sellers section of the form should be endorsed with the company stamp.

3.) Where a vehicle is being registered to a company, the buyers section of the form should be endorsed with the company stamp and supported by a letter from the company, stating they have purchased the vehicle.

4.) Please note in the case where a company does not possess a company stamp, the company seal may replace the company stamp. In the absence of the company stamp or seal the provision of a Certificate of Good Standing, obtained from Company House, will be required.
