#Renewal of Pyrethrum Processor License is done in person by visiting the Agriculture and Food Authority Board Head Offices in Ghana.

#A Pyrethrum Processor License expires on the 30th June of every year and certificate holders wishing for renewal thereof may apply by 1st June preceding the expiry of the registration.
#Application form should obtain from the respective office.
#Also, make sure that the applicant has all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
#Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
#The completed renewal application form must be submitted to the respective office.
#This will be followed by an inspection of the applicant by the Board field Officers.
#After investigations the board’s field offices will submit their findings to the county Pyrethrum & Other Industrial Crops working group.
#The working group will make recommendations on the application and forward their report to the board for final board approval.
#Upon successful approval the Pyrethrum Processor License applicant is notified and he/she will be required to pay a license renewal fee to the board and submit the receipt as proof of payment.
#Once the renewal registration processing is done the renewal Pyrethrum Processor License is issued to the applicant by the County government.
#New license takes a maximum of 15 days to process.

*Processor’s Certificate of registration by the Authority.
*Evidence of compliance with statutory requirements and clearance letters including:
**Pest Control Products Board
**National Environment Management Authority and
**County government.
**A certified copy of a safety & occupational health certificate.
**The Credit Reference Bureau clearance letter.

*A certified copy of a comprehensive insurance cover.
*Proof of engaging services of a pyrethrum registered grower or dealer by the Authority.
*Proof a minimum of three hundred acres under pyrethrum or three hundred registered growers.
*Returns of pyrethrum stock processed in the previous year.
* Proof of regular payment of necessary charges.
* Any other requirements that may be prescribed by the Authority from time to time

*A Pyrethrum Processor license authorizes the holder to conduct the business as a pyrethrum processor in Ghana.
*No person can act as a pyrethrum processor unless he is the holder of a current license issued in respect thereof by the Board after consultation with the Director. Therefore processors need to renew their licenses to continue with operations.
