#The receiving officers will check for discrepancies or ineligibility in the application documents. If a discrepancy that cannot be immediately corrected exists in any of the documents, the application and all the submitted documents will be returned to the applicant and should not be re-submitted until the discrepancy has been rectified /corrected.
#If the receiving officers is satisfied that all the requirements have been met for the renewal of a license and the prescribed application form has been completed and presented in the Personnel Licensing (PEL) Office, the applicant will be advised to pay the prescribed renewal application fees, after which the license will be issued.
#A processing time of 7 days is needed to complete the renewal of the Cabin Member Crew Certificate, after which his/her will be contacted through a phone call to collect his/her new license at the GCAA offices.
#Applicant will be required to carry his/her identification documents when collecting your certificate.

*The applicant should be in possession of a valid/ expired cabin crew member certificate
*A holder of a cabin crew member certificate may apply for renewal if the holder has successfully completed the annual safety and emergency procedure training approved by the Authority every twelve months. This is proven by an endorsement on their competency book.

*A fee of GHS 2,000 is charged for this renewal application.
