#Applicants can get their renewal application form for Business permit or license.
#Applicant has to enter all the information in the application form.
#Applicant must make sure to carry all the necessary documents that are mentioned under “Required Documents” section of this page. (Both photocopies and originals)
#Write an application or introductory letter to the Municipal Chief Executive stating the Name of Business, Type of Business and Location of Business.
#Apart from the cost of the Permit Application Form and Processing Fees, all other costs are arrived after going through each process based on the fee fixing resolution of the Assembly for that year.
#Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
#The Fee fixing Resolution for each year is published on the Assembly’s Website and copies can also be purchased as the Ghana Publishing Company (Assembly Press).
#Cross check of the relevant documents with the Registrar General Department and other issuing authority like the Bank of Ghana for financial institutions.
#Inspection of office premises if necessary.
#A bill is generated and served on the applicant with reference to the Local Government Act (Act 462) sections 34, 78, 94, 98 and also in accordance with the Fee Fixing Resolution of the GA South Municipal Assembly depending on the type and location of the business.
#Collect the renewal certificate of business operating once the process is complete.
# It takes about 5 to 15 working days to complete the registration.
