#Submit the completed application form and pay the required application fee and submit the receipt as a proof of payment.
#The receiving officers will check for discrepancies or ineligibility in the application documents. If a discrepancy that cannot be immediately corrected exists in any of the documents, the application and all the submitted documents will be returned to the applicant and should not be re-submitted until the discrepancy has been rectified/ corrected.
#If the receiving officers is satisfied that all the requirements have been met for the renewal of a license and the prescribed application form has been completed and presented in the Personnel Licensing (PEL) Office, the applicant will be advised to pay the prescribed renewal application fees, after which the license will be issued.
#A renewal processing time of hundred and twenty days is needed to complete the processing of the Air Service License application, after which the applicant will be contacted through a phone call to collect him/her new license at the GCAA’s Personnel Licensing offices.
#Applicant will be required to carry his/her identification documents when collecting his/her renewed license.
