#To Obtain a Certificate of Airworthiness, the applicant has to contact the nearest Civil Aviation Authority Office in Ghana.

#The applicant shall submit a written application together with one passport size photograph and pay the prescribed fee and shall complete an application form.
#The applicant has to make sure he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and the documents can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
#When all the conditions have been met, and have been satisfactorily certified by the Authority’s Licensing Office, the applicant will be advised to pay the prescribed fees found under the "Fees" section of this page.
#After paying the prescribed fees, the applicant is issued a Certificate of Airworthiness within 7 days.

*Aircraft certificate of insurance.
*Aircraft Flight Manual or Pilot Hand-Book.
*Aircraft previous twelve (12) months maintenance review report.
*Approved aircraft maintenance program.
*Copy of Latest major scheduled maintenance certificate release to service, and inspection summary.
*Copy of the aircraft Certificate of Registration.
*Copy of the C of A test flight schedule report (as may be required).
*Copy of the current aircraft Radio Station license.
*Copy of the current certificate of release to service if different from above.
*Copy of the current stand-by compass swing schedule report.
*Copy of the previous C of A or of the Export C of A.
*Current Weight and Balance schedule report.
*Maintenance agreement with AMO that will maintain the aircraft (if applicable).
*Proof of payment.
*Record of the aircraft equipment and systems installations.
*The aircraft Airworthiness Directives status report.
