#Application for a Coffee Quality Assurance Certificate is done in person by visiting the Agriculture and Food Authority Board Head Offices in Ghana. [https://mofa.gov.gh/site/contact-us contact link]
#Application form should obtain the respective office.
#Also, make sure that the applicant has all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
#Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
#Submit the completed application form and pay the required application fee and submit the receipt as the proof of payment.
#This is followed by an inspection of applicants by the Board field Officers.
#Recommendations based in findings of the investigation will be made to the Agriculture directorate’s Board Headquarters for final approval by the Board approval.
#At this point the applicant is notified if he/she has been successfully registered or which rectifications have to be made for them to be registered.
#Once the certification process is done the Coffee Quality Assurance Certificate is issued to the applicant.
#This process takes a maximum of 30 days.
