#At this point, the applicant is notified if the applicant has been successfully accepted to licensing authority or which rectifications have to be made in order for Bulk LPG Distributing Company License to be licensed.
#Upon a successful approval, the applicant is notified and he/she will be required to pay the license fee to the licensing Authority and submit the receipt as a proof of payment.

As a Regulator, the Authority ensures that the industry remains efficient, profitable, fair, and at the same time, ensuring that consumers receive value for money.

*A provisional licence will initially be granted and issued to all applicant’s companies requiring Petroleum Product bulk consumer Licences. Under this licence, applicant’s companies cannot lift products directly from the Tema Oil Refinery, the depots or any other refinery except through the sponsoring Oil Marketing Company/LPG Marketing Company.

*The National Petroleum Authority wishes to inform the general public, specifically, those who intend to be, or are already service providers in the petroleum the downstream sector, on provisions under the national petroleum authority act 2005, (act 691) and the requirements for obtaining a license.
*A person shall not engage in a business or commercial activity in the petroleum downstream industry unless that person has been granted a license for that purpose by the Authority.
