*Qualified instructors.

*The Ghana Government has framed certain rules with regard to the establishment of driving schools, the requirements to be fulfilled by such licensees, authority competent to grant, renew, and suspend/revoke such licenses and all other related matters.
*Every driving school has to get a license from the concerned licensing authority and a duty is cast upon them to produce “quality drivers” for which quality training is absolutely necessary.

*Where a license issued under these Regulations is misplaced or lost, the Director of Transport shall upon presentation of proof of ownership of the misplaced or lost license and a police report confirming the loss or misplacement, issue a license.
